Shipping Information

Our little baby dolls can be shipped via major airline to most major cities in the United States. Prices will vary depending on the location. The shipping costs vary from $250 to $350. We have flown puppies everywhere from California to Washington to New Jersey to Florida. Puppies must be at least 10 weeks old and/or reached 2 pounds and held that weight for at least a week before I will fly them. NO exceptions will be made regardless of your situation. This is for the safety and health of your puppy. One possible risk of flying a tiny imperial sized puppy is the stress of the flight can induce a condition called hypoglycemia. Click here for information on that condition and how to prevent it and treat it if it happens.

Continental Airlines is the only airline that will deliver regardless of the temperature as they have climate controlled cargo areas and vans that deliver the puppies from the airplane to the hangar. Continental only flies out of Salt Lake and not our local airport. Every possible effort will be made to ensure the health, safety and comfort of the puppy during the flight. However, Buyer assumes any responsibility/liability for the puppy once it has been delivered to the airline by the Breeder.

Puppy owners may opt to fly out and pick their puppy up. Much of the time the cost of the flight is not much more than the cost of shipping the puppy via air cargo services and may be a better alternative for your puppy. If you chose this method you are responsible to make the flight arrangements and pay for them on your end. This must be correlated with my schedule as well.

The cost of shipping via air includes:

Ø health certificate signed by a veterinarian

Ø airline approved shipping crate

Ø airline ticket

Ø chew toy for puppy to play with

Ø fleece bedding to make him/her comfortable

Ø food and water

Breeder will make every effort to ship the puppy on a day that is convenient to the Buyer, however, inclement weather and airline schedules are a factor that must be considered. If Breeder can ship more than one puppy on the same day, thus saving trips to Salt Lake City, the cost of the mileage/gasoline can be shared by Buyers. Two puppies can be shipped in the same crate for a savings of about 40%.

The airlines will feed and/or water puppies as necessary according to a schedule which is posted on top of the kennel. You must show a valid form of ID that matches the name on the shipping ticket to pick up your puppy from the Cargo Services Area of the airline. You will need to provide complete name, address and telephone numbers for shipping. All shipping costs must be paid in advance and no puppy will be shipped until it is paid in full. No exceptions.

We ask that you give us a call as soon as you have your puppy in your arms, regardless of the time of day/night. (We worry as much as you do). And we love to hear your reactions the first time you see your puppy!
